ANDREA'S ART

Andrea, born and raised in Long Beach, has been immersed in the world of art since her earliest days, discovering her passion for drawing as soon as she could wield a pen. The desire to become a tattoo artist took root at the age of 14, but it wasn't until the age of 21 that she dedicated herself to the craft, diligently constructing her portfolio.

Securing a remarkable apprenticeship at Alf’s Body Art Studio at the age of 22 marked a significant milestone in Andrea's artistic journey, and she remains deeply grateful for the experiences she has gained at the studio. Although the path has presented its challenges, she finds immense joy in realizing her dream of connecting with people and expressing creativity through the medium of tattooing.

Andrea specializes in high-contrast black and grey pieces, crafting tattoos that showcase the intricate interplay of light and shadow. Her distinctive style imparts a sense of depth and emotion to each piece, reflecting her commitment to the art form.

With each tattoo she creates, Andrea strives for continuous improvement, priding herself on maintaining an open mindset to learning and advancing within the industry. Her ultimate goal is to elevate her skills with every project, fostering a deep sense of connection and artistic expression.

Inspired by the influential artist Francisco Goya, Andrea admires the dark and unsettling nature of his depictions. This influence is reflected in her own work, and she looks forward to evolving her style by incorporating color into her designs soon.
